People who know God feel a strong urge to do good and stand up for what is right, especially when they see things that go against God’s ways. They don’t just sit back when God is ignored or dishonored. Instead, they take action, even when it’s hard or risky. For example, in the book of Daniel, Daniel and his friends stood out and did not go along with things they believed were wrong, like refusing certain food or continuing to pray even when it was forbidden. Their energy for God also showed up in passionate prayer. If we know God, we should feel moved to pray and act for His cause.
2. Great Thoughts About God
Knowing God changes the way we think about Him. Daniel’s story reminds us that God is powerful, wise, and in control of everything that happens, both in the world and in individual lives. When someone knows God, they see Him as the true King who has a plan and rules over everything. They trust that God’s will is always done and that His kingdom will win in the end.
