It’s Time To See More Clearly (Repost)

I am a student of the Word of God and the Holy Spirit. I live by faith in the Son of God, who loves me and gave His life for me!

I have been believing God for many years for an awakening, revival and a supernatural move of the Holy Spirit. I’m privileged according to God’s grace to see and hold on to this vision of the restoration/reformation of His church for over 15 years. When I first read Habakkuk 2:2 I didn’t have clarity on its meaning. As I continued to pursue and grow in understanding the Spirit began revealing to me that a time would come when God would restore His Church to His original purpose Christ paid the price for.

The prophet Habakkuk received a word from the Lord to, “Write down this vision. Write it clearly on tablets, so that anyone who reads it may run. For the vision points ahead to a time I have appointed; it testifies regarding the end, and it will not lie. Even if there is a delay, wait for it. It is coming and will come without delay.” (Habakkuk 2:2-3 TPT)

God desires to bring us into a progressive revelation of Himself and of who we are in Him. Paul prayed for the church of Ephesus that the, “Father of glory, the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, would impart to you the riches of the Spirit of wisdom and the Spirit of revelation to know him through your deepening intimacy with him.”

“I pray that the light of God will illuminate the eyes of your imagination, flooding you with light, until you experience the full revelation of the hope of his calling —that is, the wealth of God’s glorious inheritances that he finds in us, his holy ones!

“I pray that you will continually experience the immeasurable greatness of God’s power made available to you through faith. Then your lives will be an advertisement of this immense power as it works through you! This is the mighty power that was released when God raised Christ from the dead and exalted him to the place of highest honor and supreme authority in the heavenly realm!” (Ephesians 1:17-20 NIV)

I pray this for myself and the Body of Christ. There is a place in the Spirit where we have access to the spiritual realm. A dimension in the spirit realm that we have been given access to see, know and understand the ways of God. I’ve prayed, pressed into, and ministered on this beginning in June, 2008 in a message “Separating Into A New Dimension in the Spirit”

We need to be continually immersed ourselves in the Word and Spirit if we are to see, hear, and discern the things the Spirit of God intends for us to know and understand. Without doing so we will fail to fulfill our destiny, fail to know Him as He intends for us to know Him, and fail to honor His eternal purpose.

The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. “For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy” (Revelation 19:10). Jesus desires to open our spirits beyond our natural ways of knowing Him. We are called to be people of the Word and Spirit. We have not received the spirit of this rebellious and broken world system, but the Spirit that comes from God to understand and experience God’s grace.

“For we did not receive the spirit of this world system but the Spirit of God, so that we might come to understand and experience all that grace has lavished upon us. And we articulate these realities with the words imparted to us by the Spirit and not with the words taught by human wisdom. We join together Spirit-revealed truths with Spirit-revealed words. Someone living on an entirely human level rejects the revelations of God’s Spirit, for they make no sense to him. He can’t understand the revelations of the Spirit because they are only discovered by the illumination of the Spirit.” (1 Corinthians 2:12-14 TPT)

As we are immersed in the Word and Spirit our faith grows, and our speech changes because our eyes, ears, and hearts have been opened to see beyond the world system into the world that lies above what our natural eyes can see. God is reserving certain events and thins for a specific time. A fulfillment of Scripture. As a result of receiving God’s revelations we can be prepared to act accordingly.

My grace gift is to inspire and equip the body of Christ, spurring you on towards maturity in Christ. In these last days, God is raising up a people who will be effective in bringing in the things of the invisible realm to bear on the visible world. Deep darkness covers the earth and thick darkness over the people. I do believe it will get darker (Isaiah 60:2). God is raising up a remnant army of believers to send out to gather the harvest. Glory carriers that will rescue those in deep darkness. It’s important that we know what it means to see, to hear and to discern what God is doing in this coming new year.

“Those who walked in darkness have seen a radiant light shining upon them. They once lived in the shadows of death, but now a glorious light has dawned!” Isaiah 9:2 (TPT)

If we choose not to see, hear and discern the message of the gospel of Jesus Christ, we’ll miss what the Spirit is doing in this new season. Let’s yield ourselves to the Spirit of God in pursuing greater measures of His presence in our lives. You will never be the same!
