Feeling anxious is normal, and it’s something everyone experiences. But we don’t have to face these feelings alone. The Bible is full of verses that invite us to trust God, release our worries to Him, and discover lasting peace through prayer. You don’t need special skills to understand these promises—they’re meant for everyone, right where you are.

Encouraging Verses That Bring Comfort

·      Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us not to be anxious, but to talk to God about everything. When we do, He promises a peace so deep that it doesn’t make sense to the world. This peace guards both our hearts and minds.

·      1 Peter 5:7 tells us to throw all our worries onto God because He truly cares about us. We don’t have to hold our burdens alone.

·      Psalm 94:19 speaks directly to those heavy moments: “When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought joy to my soul.” God’s comfort can lift us from the deepest worries.
