Anxiety weighs down the heart, but a kind word cheers it up. Proverbs 12:25
With so much going on around us today worry, anxiety, and fear can overwhelm us with a thick shadow of darkness, controlling our every move and decision.
Fear not!
Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” When you’re fearing a situation or emotional challenge, envision God saying this, just to you.
One of my favorite Scriptures is Joshua 1:9. I actually keep a placard on my nightstand as a reminder that God is always with me wherever I go.
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.”
Always remember God is in control!
So be encouraged this week. God is with you “wherever you go.”
