Preparing for the Coming Glory

Then the LORD replied: “Write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets so that a herald may run with it.” “For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay.” (Habakkuk 2:2)

The the righteous person will live by his or her faithfulness! Learning to hear the voice of God is an exhilarating adventure.

Many years ago the Spirit dropped Habakkuk 2:2 in my spirit as a seed in preparation for things to come. My understanding was limited, so I thought it was in reference to the ministry I was serving in. Scripture reveals that we only see dimly in a mirror a faint reflection of riddles and mysteries but one day we will see face-to-face. My understanding is incomplete now, but one day I will understand everything, just as everything about me has been fully understood. (1 Cor.13:12 TPT)

This was over 15 years ago.  I didn’t have understanding at the time of the revelation He was imparting to me. Today as I look back over my journey with Him into the unknown it has become clearer  that He was preparing me for the coming sovereign move of the Holy Spirit.

There were several key scriptures given to me over the years that continue to resonate in my spirit today. My spirit leaps each time I hear these words:

Write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets so that a herald may run with it.” “For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay.”

A herald is “official messenger bringing news. A person or thing viewed as a sign that something is about to happen.”

The glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house,’ says the LORD Almighty” (Haggai 2:9)

Waiting on the Lord for the manifestation of His promises may take years,  “but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint” (Isaiah 40:31)

I love talking with others about what God is doing. While speaking with several of my sisters in Christ, we were discussing what we sensed taking place in the Spirit. We all agreed that a shift was coming to the church. We talked about the need for the church to awaken to what needs to be done in preparation for the coming harvest. Later this evening I received a ministry gift from the ministry network I’m a part of and ordained through. God positions you in the Body of Christ to accomplish His will. Hallelujah! Anyway, the gift was a message by Patricia King on An End Time Move of the Holy Spirit. I love when God confirms His Word by two or more witnesses.

God has been preparing me and others for this coming move for a number of years. We have the Holy Spirit and the gifts of the Spirit given to the Church for this very purpose. We have access to the power of God through His Spirit. God’s manifest presence is being revealed and people are being touched, healed and delivered through the power of the Spirit.

We need to understand this move of God which is gaining momentum wherever God’s people are inviting His Presence. When the fullness of God’s glory is manifest, it is so weighty that man cannot stand in its presence! The Bible teaches that as God’s glory filled the temple and the tabernacle, the glory cloud was so thick the priests could not stand to minister. (2 Chronicles 5:14)

I’m so excited. I believe this coming move of the Spirit will be beyond anything that we have ever witnessed on earth. The climate is ripe! It’s coming, we need to be ready!

Blessings,

Dr. Francine
