In 2004, I began a journey of faith that would lead me into God’s destiny and purpose for me as a minister of the gospel. It was faith in the unseen, fellowship with the Holy One, and the leading of the Holy Spirit that has gotten me this far. I have not arrived, but I continue to press toward the mark of the high calling in Christ.
During this time of uncertainty, I wasn’t to encourage you in your faith to trust in the unseen realm of promises God has given every believer.
Hebrews 11:1 says faith is the substance of things we hope for, the evidence of things yet to be realized.
Faith moved mountains! Faith is the substance that brings into being the things God has promised, for the promises are for those who believe and have learned to access them by faith. So rise up in faith and begin to move mountains that stand in your way!
Don’t allow other people’s mountains to stand in your way. They must learn to live by faith in God. They must learn to trust in spite of their natural circumstances. You can stand in the gap for them through prayer, but you cannot believe or decide for them. Don’t allow their discouragement to become your own. It will rob you of your faith. I know you have compassion for them, but it’s not your place to believe for them. You can stand in agreement with them through prayer.
God appointed a time for everything He has promised. Fear not, for it will surely happen in His appointed time. He is not a man that He should lie.
Unbelief can be your greatest enemy. Don’t let the enemy through you off track by looking at your natural circumstances, unkept promises that cause you to doubt God’s Word. Keep believing in your heart what the God has spoken to you. You will be able to rise above those things you cannot see. Remember how Moses was given the power and ability to see beyond the natural over into the supernatural by faith as one seeing the invisible. “By faith he left Egypt, not fearing the king’s anger; he persevered because he saw him who is invisible.” (Hebrews 11:27)
Keep pressing towards the mark!
