Prophetic Perspective: Hebraic Year 5782 – Part 3

“The lion has roared; who is not afraid? The Eternal Lord has been heard; His prophets can’t help but prophesy.” —The Voice (VOICE)

Let’s close this out by looking at the Hebrew letter for 80.

“Pey” is the seventeenth letter of the Aleph-Bet and has a gematria 80. It’s a picture symbol of a mouth. It rhymes with “pay”. It means “mouth” and by extension, “word,” “expression,” “vocalization,” “speech,” and “breath.” Our mouth is the way we use to speak, and the entire purpose of speaking is to communicate with another individual and to decree the Word of the Lord. That ability to communicate is the essential aspect of eighty’s special strength. Decrees are declarations or pronouncements. God has given us the ability to decree His Word and it will be established. He has also instructed us that he will not one word fall to the ground (1 Sam. 3:19).1

Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.

Job 22:28 KJV

Discerning when to speak and when to be quiet will be crucial during the next decade if we are to see the Kingdom of God expand in our lives through our declarations of faith.

When there are many words, transgression is unavoidable, but he who restrains his lips is wise.

Proverbs 10:19, NASB

He who restrains his words has knowledge, And he who has a cool spirit is a man of understanding.

Proverbs 17:27

Since  ‘pey’  (mouth) follows ‘ayin (eye), some Jewish mystics have maintained that though the ‘ayin is the gateway to reality, the mouth is what brings reality into being.

Now faith brings our hopes into reality and becomes the foundation needed to acquire the things we long for. It is all the evidence required to prove what is still unseen.

Hebrews 11:1 TPT

Twenty Twenty-One has been a time when true worshipers began to “worship Him in spirit and truth,” continually offering up a sacrifice of praise to God in these critical times (John 4:24; Heb. 13:15) . It was a time to widen your mouth in prayer, decreeing the Word of the Lord and worshipping Him in “spirit and truth.” Decreeing the Word of the Lord over your families, your neighbors, your church, and our nation. The Lord has been expanding our vision to see beyond the natural circumstances into the reality of the future. Life and death are in the power of the tongue (Prov. 18:21). Ask the Lord to set a guard over your mouth and keep watch over the door of your lips (Ps. 141:3). Let’s continue to worship Him in spirit and in true until we see the glory of the Lord in the land of the living.

The Glory is Coming!

The Hebrew year 5782 reveals what is coming. There is more Bible prophecy being fulfilled today than ever in the history of the world, God is about to manifest His glory in the earth in an unprecedented way! As I ponder over this “head of the year,” my thoughts turn to how God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light (Genesis 1:3). God created the light and the light was the life of men. Light is defined as life, as seen in John 1:4, “In Him was life; and the life was the light of men”. Jesus is the only true source of life. Those who have faith through Him will have eternal life. This “life” is a gift Jesus brought from God into a dying world.

With so much darkness in the world today, we must look to the true source of light like never before. It’s important that we prepare for the coming glory Preparing for the Coming Glory. We must look to the true source of light, hear the prophetic voice of God, speak what He is speaking, and align with what He is doing, Look and see, the Lord is doing a work in our day that was foretold many years ago, “Look among the nations! Watch! Be horrified! Be frightened speechless! For I am accomplishing a work in your days— You would not believe it even if you were told!” (Habakkuk 1:5).

The Lord said in Haggai 2:9, “‘The latter glory of this house will be greater than the former,’ says the LORD of armies, ‘and in this place I will give peace,’ declares the LORD of armies.” We need to live like the glory is coming. It is time to get our houses in order. God is not going to entrust His glory to the lives of worldly, carnal-minded Christians. God would not allow a priest in the Old Testament to enter the Holy of Holies if he was not properly prepared. “I will hear what the True God—the Eternal—will say,
for He will speak peace over His people, peace over those who faithfully follow Him, [but do not let them abuse His gift and return to foolish ways]” (Psalm 85:8).

God is the Creator of heaven and earth who spoke everything into existence. Jesus spoke to the people, saying, “I am the Light of the world; the one who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life” (John 8:12).In these last days, God is raising up a people who will be effective in bringing in the things of the invisible realm to bear on the visible world. Deep darkness covers the earth and thick darkness over the people. I do believe it will continue to get darker (Isaiah 60:2), yet the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea. “The people who walk in darkness Will see a great light; Those who live in a dark land, The light will shine on them; (Isaiah 19:2). God is raising up a remnant army of believers to send out to gather the harvest. Glory carriers that will rescue those in deep darkness. It’s important that we know what it means to see, to hear and to discern what God is doing in this coming new year.

I’ll close with Colossians 1:15-23 The Message Bible:

15-18 We look at this Son and see the God who cannot be seen. We look at this Son and see God’s original purpose in everything created. For everything, absolutely everything, above and below, visible and invisible, rank after rank after rank of angels—everything got started in him and finds its purpose in him. He was there before any of it came into existence and holds it all together right up to this moment. And when it comes to the church, he organizes and holds it together, like a head does a body.

18-20 He was supreme in the beginning and—leading the resurrection parade—he is supreme in the end. From beginning to end he’s there, towering far above everything, everyone. So spacious is he, so expansive, that everything of God finds its proper place in him without crowding. Not only that, but all the broken and dislocated pieces of the universe—people and things, animals and atoms—get properly fixed and fit together in vibrant harmonies, all because of his death, his blood that poured down from the cross.

21-23 You yourselves are a case study of what he does. At one time you all had your backs turned to God, thinking rebellious thoughts of him, giving him trouble every chance you got. But now, by giving himself completely at the Cross, actually dying for you, Christ brought you over to God’s side and put your lives together, whole and holy in his presence. You don’t walk away from a gift like that! You stay grounded and steady in that bond of trust, constantly tuned in to the Message, careful not to be distracted or diverted. There is no other Message—just this one. Every creature under heaven gets this same Message. I, Paul, am a messenger of this Message.

There is a Latin phrase coram Deo which translates “in the presence of God” or living in the presence of, under the authority of, and to the honor and glory of God. This phrase literally refers to something that takes place in the presence of, or before the face of, God. To live coram Deo is to live one’s entire life in the presence of God, under the authority of God, to the glory of God.
