· Surround yourself with encouragement. Talk with people who strengthen your faith instead of draining your hope.
· Rest when you need to. Perseverance is not the same as burnout. Rest can be part of obedience and healing.
· Keep doing what is right. Even when progress feels slow, keep showing up, keep loving, keep serving, and keep trusting God.
· Celebrate small victories. Every prayer prayed, every day survived, and every faithful step matters.
